Nokwazi Mlambo
Nokwazi Mlambo is a serial entrepreneur and development operator with over 23 years of execution experience across construction, property development, facilities management, and enterprise & supplier development at scale. She has founded, scaled, and repositioned multiple businesses and development platforms, integrating infrastructure delivery with inclusive economic participation.
Key Leadership Highlights:
- Delivered R700 million+ in cumulative project value
- Led property development and infrastructure programmes, including housing initiatives
- Executed national facilities management contracts for major corporates
- Structured and delivered public-private partnership (PPP) projects
- Aggregated and scaled 200+ SMEs into formal corporate and infrastructure supply chains
- Designed and implemented enterprise and supplier development (ESD) programmes linked to real contracts
- Secured and deployed government funding, including Jobs Fund programmes
She brings a rare combination of Developer + Operator + Ecosystem Builder, strengthened by her MBA and ability to engage investors, municipalities, and development finance institutions.
Lusaphokazi Ngcwangu
Lusaphokazi Ngcwangu is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial law, combined with hands-on operational leadership.
She has successfully built and managed a security services business, overseeing a large workforce and demonstrating strong capability in operations, compliance, and people management.
Her professional experience includes:
- South African Revenue Service (SARS)
- Department of Justice & Constitutional Development
- Shepstone & Wylie Inc.

She ensures all projects are legally sound, risk-managed, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
How it Works
We identify and recruit partner SMMEs across the 76 facilities management services we provide. Qualifying businesses are brought into our incubation hub, where they receive management and technical training, as well as support with planning, budgeting, and operations to meet our quality standards.
