The Hub for Innovation
Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) play an important role in the South African economy and can be a key driver of economic growth and job creation.
How it Works
We identify and recruit partner SMMEs across the 76 facilities management services we provide. Qualifying businesses are brought into our incubation hub, where they receive management and technical training, as well as support with planning, budgeting, and operations to meet our quality standards.
Through our partnership with the National Treasury Jobs Fund, supported SMMEs track job creation and revenue growth during the incubation period. Over three years, the programme aims to create 150 permanent jobs in South Africa, contributing to broader economic growth.
Training and Development
Our people are our greatest asset, and we invest in rewarding their commitment and developing their skills. From day one, employees participate in structured training programmes such as our Grading System and Compulsory Orientation, designed to build a skilled workforce.
At management level, programmes like Effective Motivational Leadership and Effective Personal Productivity, along with a six-module Managing Skills course adapted from our parent company OCS in the UK, equip our leaders with the confidence and capability to lead effectively.
At OSA Africa, we believe that there is untapped potential in the facilities management space, and through an innovative incubation hub model, we can unlock business value and economic growth by strategically partnering, managing and growing SMMEs.
